1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between pak11 (hereinafter "pak11", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the User", or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service offered through the pak11 website at https://pak11.club and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By accessing the pak11 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the pak11 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with pak11's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the pak11 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pak11 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will suspend any account where the user is found to be under 21, with immediate effect.
• You are accessing pak11 as a private individual acting for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any commercial entity or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you have made your own independent enquiry as to the legality of accessing online gambling platforms in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously been excluded from pak11 or any affiliated platform, whether by self-exclusion, operator-imposed exclusion, or regulatory direction.
• You are not a current employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of pak11 or any of its technology, software, or payment processing partners.
• All information you provide to pak11 during and after registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

pak11 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time during the player's lifecycle on the platform. Failure to satisfy any eligibility criterion at any point may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonus balances.

3Account Registration & Security

To access the full suite of pak11 products and services, including sports betting, live casino, and slot games, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account security:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on pak11 at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name. Any deliberate misrepresentation of personal information will result in immediate account closure.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pak11 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify pak11 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. pak11 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account upon receipt of such a notification.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, pak11 requires completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds documentation.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your pak11 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of applicable fees and pending wager settlements.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

pak11 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

4.1 Deposits. pak11 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency, and authorised Retail Cash agents. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published within the pak11 cashier section and are subject to change. Deposits made by a payment method other than those listed above will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating account.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where reasonably practicable. All withdrawal requests require a fully verified (KYC-complete) account. pak11 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. These are target processing times and are not guaranteed service levels.

4.3 Currency & Conversion. All balances, bets, wins, and bonuses on pak11 are denominated in PKR. Where a player deposits via USDT TRC20, the balance will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. pak11 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

4.4 Transaction Limits. pak11 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on individual accounts. These limits may be adjusted in response to responsible gaming tool settings, risk management requirements, or regulatory obligations without prior notice.

4.5 Third-Party Payments. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. pak11 does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances. Any funds received from a third-party payment source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5Bonuses & Promotions

pak11 offers various promotional incentives, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements"), which specify the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining upon expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers, live casino tables, and slot games may carry different contribution percentages. The applicable contribution schedule is published within each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Depositing while a bonus is active may forfeit the existing bonus balance.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is PKR 2,000 (or equivalent) unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: pak11 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms. Where pak11 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, pak11 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: pak11 reserves the right to amend the terms of any promotion or withdraw a promotion at any time. Players who have already received and are actively using a bonus will not be adversely affected by changes made after the bonus was awarded.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on pak11 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. In the event of ambiguity, the market-specific rules published within the pak11 sportsbook shall apply. pak11 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a match or event is found to be subject to manipulation, or where market rules expressly provide for voiding.

6.2 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets reflect real-time odds and may be suspended or settled at any time. pak11 is not responsible for any delay in the suspension of in-play markets due to technical latency. Bets placed after an event outcome is known will be voided.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot games on pak11 use certified RNG technology. Game rules, paytables, and RTP percentages are available within each game's information panel. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's balance.

6.4 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are facilitated by third-party providers. Their platform rules apply in conjunction with these Terms. pak11 accepts no liability for service interruptions attributable to third-party live dealer platform outages.

6.5 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or game outcome, the player must contact pak11 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. pak11's decision on all game and bet disputes, reached in good faith after review of server-side logs, shall be final.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak11 platform. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Operating more than one account, or registering under a false identity or the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any feature of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live casino, or multiplayer betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with any market offered on the pak11 sportsbook.
• Using the pak11 platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or circumvent anti-money-laundering (AML) controls.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any player who discovers a bug must report it to pak11 support immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals of legitimate deposits through your payment provider after those funds have been used for wagering.
• Attempting to access the pak11 platform or other players' accounts without authorisation, including through hacking, phishing, or social engineering.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property from the pak11 platform without written authorisation.

8Responsible Gaming

pak11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under its international gaming licence seriously. pak11 recognises that gambling can pose a risk of harm to a minority of users and has implemented the following responsible gaming measures:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods to restrict net losses during a given timeframe.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session duration limits, after which they will be logged out automatically.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications inform players of session duration and net financial position during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the pak11 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Account Suspension: Players who identify signs of problem gambling may request immediate account suspension by contacting [email protected].

9Intellectual Property

All content on the pak11 platform, including but not limited to the pak11 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of pak11 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak11 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any content on the pak11 platform without our express prior written consent.

Game content available on pak11 is licensed from third-party software providers. Such content is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective providers. pak11 makes no representation or warranty regarding the intellectual property status of third-party game content beyond what is confirmed by each provider's licence.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak11, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the pak11 platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the pak11 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the pak11 platform, including planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events).
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, software providers, or live dealer platform operators.
• Any technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or data transmission error that affects the placement, recording, or settlement of a bet or game round, provided pak11 acts reasonably and in good faith in settling any affected activity.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pak11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to pak11 in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

The pak11 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11Privacy & Data Protection

pak11 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

pak11 collects personal data for the purposes of account registration and management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where consent has been given). pak11 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

pak11 may share personal data with its licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, game software licensors, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or under its international gaming licence obligations. All such third-party data processors are contractually obligated to handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

You have the right to access, correct, restrict the processing of, or request the deletion of your personal data held by pak11, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain data under AML and gaming regulatory requirements. 12Amendments to These Terms

pak11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, payment methods, or responsible gaming obligations.

When material changes are made to these Terms, pak11 will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the pak11 website. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the pak11 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the pak11 platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak11 holds its international gaming licence.

13.1 Informal Resolution. In the first instance, players should attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting pak11 support at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. pak11 will use reasonable endeavours to investigate and respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.

13.2 Formal Complaints. If a dispute is not resolved informally to the player's satisfaction within fourteen (14) days of the initial complaint, the player may escalate the complaint through the formal dispute resolution mechanism available under pak11's gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from pak11 support.

13.3 Arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through informal resolution or the formal complaint mechanism may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution as designated by pak11's gaming regulator. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

13.4 Language. These Terms are prepared in English. In the event of any translation being produced, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.
